The creation of this publication was spearheaded by the pandemic and the decisions and reflections that have transformed my life over the last 15 months. Like so many people, I was left without a job and gifted with free time. Instinctively I knew this was an opportunity for change and a chance to figure out another way to utilize the knowledge and strengths, developed over 25 years as a corporate leader.

It is important to note; I started what would become a journey by counting my blessings. As a family, we were not in dire straits. I had a Husband who was still working, and I was very aware that this was a massive privilege that many in the country did not have. Therefore, the goal was to make the most of my time deepen my connection with my family, my home and ponder the question, what do I do next and what would I love.

I quickly determined that my love of mentoring individuals and the joy of building highly productive teams would become the starting point of repurposing the skills developed throughout my life. Acquiring the training and certification as a Life Coach quickly ensued.

Based on what I see, as we reemerge from the quarantine, people are re-examing their lives and how they want to live. All of us are aware of the significance of how quickly life can change, and people are placing more emphasis on making now count. As a result, many are seeking to make quantum leaps that will provide result-driven answers and solutions that, when applied, will produce desired outcomes within months instead of years. At the same time, companies are looking for methods for attracting workers, raising morale, and retaining their best and brightest as they re-engage the engines of commerce.

Each edition will offer suggestions that can either be applied to self-care, maintaining balance, connecting to peace, and infusing more joy into your life.This edition is also includes an invitation to visit my new website, dreamsenvisions.com. You will find several great programs specifically designed for individuals interested in finding their equation for a life well-lived. As we step out from behind our masks, it is essential that despite challenges, uncertainties, and disruption, we continue to see the beauty present in our daily lives and that we continue to strive for a better tomorrow.
